Diplomant nejprve rozebere institucionální aspekt (tj. formální právní úpravu) výběru ústavních soudců v České a Slovenské republice. Poté se zaměří na personální aspekt, v němž identifikuje, odkud se rekrutují kandidáti na funkci ústavního soudce v obou zemích a jaké vlastnosti se od nich očekávají. Student will focus on institutional aspect of selection of constitutional judges in Czechia and in Slovakia; personal aspect, within which will identify the requirements and qualities of the judges.
