Tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of security and public order

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohami Policie České republiky s detailním zaměřením na Obvodní oddělení v Rajhradě. Celá práce je systematicky strukturována do šesti základních kapitol, které komplexně a postupně celou problematiku rozebírají. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na definici základních pojmů, jako jsou bezpečnost a veřejný pořádek, které společně tvoří teoretický základ pro další kapitoly. Následující část práce se zaobírá úlohami Policie České republiky v oblasti bezpečnosti a veřejného pořádku s detailní analýzou Obvodního oddělení v Rajhradě. Společně s analýzou bylo předloženo dotazníkové šetření obyvatelům Rajhradu a okolí s cílem získání veřejného mínění o zkoumaném oddělení. Na základě těchto analýz a dotazníkového šetření bude předložen soubor doporučení směřující ke zlepšení činností tohoto obvodního oddělení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic with a detailed focus on the District Department in Rajhrad. The whole thesis is systematically structured into six basic chapters, which comprehensively and gradually analyze the whole issue. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the definition of basic concepts such as security and public order, which together form the theoretical basis for the following chapters. The following part of the thesis deals with the roles of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of security and public order with a detailed analysis of the District Department in Rajhrad. Along with the analysis, a questionnaire survey was submitted to the residents of Rajhrad and the surrounding area to obtain public opinion about the department under study. On the basis of these analyses and the questionnaire survey, a set of recommendations will be put forward to improve the activities of this District Department.
