Abstract:
In this thesis work, deals with the legal remedies in civil trial. The thesis work is draft thus, offer integral and systematic view in a legal remedies. The thesis work is arrange from five parts, withal edition parts ourselves continualy connect.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práce se zaoberá úpravou opravných prostředkú v civilnem konaní. Práce je koncipovaná tak, aby ponúkla ucelený a systematický pohľad na opravné prostriedky. Bakalárska práce se skladá z piatich častí, pričom jednotlivé časti na seba kontinuálne nadväzujú.
