Cílem práce je provedení SWOT analýzy vybrané organizace, pomocí které se stanoví možné strategie pro rozvoj podniku. K tomu jsou využity analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, které byly sestaveny za pomocí informací z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zaměstnancem a jednatelem podniku. The aim of the thesis is to undertake a SWOT analysis of a selected organization, which is used to determine possible strategies for business development.
