Abstract:

V této práci se věnujeme konstrukci A^1-homotopické teorie a některým jejím aplikacím. Především se snažíme vybudovat intuici a dostatečné základy z homotopické teorie a algebraické geometrie, aby se tato značně abstraktní konstrukce nakonec jevila jako přirozená. Konkrétně se věnujeme teorii svazků, univerzálním homotopickým teoriím a étale morfismům. Rovněž pomocí vybudované teorie porovnáváme dvě definice schémat v algebraické geometrii.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to A^1-homotopy theory and providing a variety of its applications. We aim at providing an intuition and developing the background in homotopy theory and algebraic geometry in order to motivate our exposition of the rather abstract construction of A^1-homotopy category. This leads us to the study of sheaf theory, universal homotopy theories and étale morphisms. We also use the developed theory to compare two definitions of schemes in algebraic geometry.
