Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřená na licence svobodného softwaru. Hlavním cílem je poukázat na právní problémy, které mohou vzniknout užitím těchto licencí. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on free software licenses. The main goal is to refer to the legal issues that might arise from using such licenses. To achieve this goal I selected several free software licenses (GNU General Public License, Mozilla Public License, Microsoft Public License and IBM Public License) and I tried to point out what legal issues can be connected with each of them.
