Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study thin films of LaFeO3 grown on SrTiO3 substrates with different crystallographic orientations. The motivation behind the research was to investigate the optical response of interband transitions using spectroscopic ellipsometry. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme optické odezvě vrstev LaFeO3 deponovaných na substrátu SrTiO3 s různou krystalografickou orientací. Motivací výzkumu bylo zkoumání optické odezvy mezipásových přechodů pomocí širokospektrální elipsometrie.
