Tato diplomová práce pojednává o syntéze dvou nových chirálních derivátů bambus[6]urilu. První projekt je zaměřen na syntézu chirálního bambus[6]urilu nesoucího dva různé typy substituentů, z nichž jeden zajišťuje rozpustnost ve vodě a druhý zvyšuje afinitu bambus[6]urilu k aniontům. Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the synthesis of two new chiral derivatives of bambus[6]uril. The first project is focused on the synthesis of chiral bambus[6]uril bearing two different types of substituents, one of which ensures water solubility, the other enhances anion affinity of the bambus[6]uril.
