Zločin vraždy

The crime of murder
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o zločinu vraždy. Cílem práce je komplexní zpracování dané problematiky s ohledem na postavení zvlášť závažného zločinu vraždy v zákoně č. 40/2009 Sb. – trestním zákoníku, vyšetřování vražd, výkon trestu odnětí svobody, osobnost pachatele atd. Praktickou stránku práce tvoří pět příkladů z praxe, kdy bylo čerpáno ze spisových materiálů a jejich zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is about the crime of murder. The target of this thesis is a comprehensive processing of the issue regard to position of the crime of murder in Criminal code, investigation a murder, prison sentence, personality of the culprit and so on. Practical part of the thesis is created from five real cases, which were write all over according to its criminal files.
