Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření městského obvodu Ostrava-Poruba v letech 2016–2020. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s veřejnou správou a územní samosprávou. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení obvodu Ostrava-Poruba a analýzu hospodaření v letech 2016–2020 s následnou komparací jednotlivých let.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the financial management of the Ostrava-Poruba municipal district in the 2016–2020. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the basic terms like public administration are defined.
