Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce přesčas, je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá historickým exkurzem od vývoje po současnost právní úpravy práce přesčas na území České republiky. Třetí kapitola řeší prameny právní úpravy práce přesčas. This bachelor's thesis focuses on overtime work and is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter defines basic terms.
