Diplomová práce se zabývá zahraniční spoluprací Statutárního města Opavy. Práce je postavena na teoretickém základu zahraničních vztahů, které přibližuje. Dále se pak ve svém obsahu zabývá samotnou Opavou a její správou, které jsou zahraniční vztahy součástí. The diploma thesis deals with the foreign cooperation of the Statutory City of Opava. The work is based on the theoretical foundation of foreign relations, which it approximates. Furthermore, its content deals with Opava itself and its administration, of which foreign relations are a part of.
