Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je respektující přístup v sociálních službách. Jedná se o vztah mezi pracovníkem a klientem. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak vnímají svůj přístup ke klientům pracovníci a jak naopak tento přístup hodnotí sami uživatelé. Byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is a respectful approach in social services. It is a relationship between employee and client. The aim of the work was to find out how employees perceive their approach to clients and how, on the contrary, users themselves evaluate this approach. The method of quantitative research was used.
