Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Účinné formy získávání a stabilizace pracovníků v podniku Alcan Děčín Extrusions s. r. o.“ je analýza náborového procesu technických pracovníků v tomto podniku a navržení projektu jejich stabilizace. První část práce pojednává obecně o problematice řízení lidských zdrojů se zaměřením na personální marketing. Ve druhé části je zpracována SWOT analýza podniku pro oblast náboru a stabilizace zaměstnanců, a navržena řešení zjištěných nedostatků.

Abstract:

The subject of the Master's thesis “Effective forms of acquisition and retention of employees in Alcan Děčín Extrusions s. r. o”. is the analysis of the recruitment process of technical workers and a proposal of a workers' retention scheme. The first part deals generally with the human resource management with a focus on personal marketing. The second part contains a SWOT analysis of the recruitment and retention of workers in a chosen company and a proposition of solutions for identified deficiencies.
