Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit podobu manželství v období vrcholného středověku a raného novověku. Práce pojednává o majetkovém zajištění šlechtičen, o věnu a o poručenství nad sirotky v praxi moravského zemského práva. Problematika věna je rozebírána na praktických listinných ukázkách. Součástí práce je také didaktické teoretické a praktické využití tohoto tématu v hodinách dějepisu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to point out various forms of marriage as an institution in the High Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period. The thesis deals with the provision of the noblewomen's property, their dowry and orphan guardianship in the practice of the Moravian land law.
