Factors of Sustainable development in Nelahozeves village

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje podchycení a analýze relevantních faktorů udržitelného rozvoje obce Nelahozeves s cílem formulace adekvátního doporučení pro budoucí dlouhodobě udržitelný rozvoj obce tak, aby mohla být místem k plnohodnotnému bydlení a neplnila pouze roli vzdálené, a již nepříliš atraktivní, periferie velkoměsta. Teoretická část přibližuje koncept udržitelného rozvoje území, vymezuje přitom jak základní, tak i další potenciální faktory rozvoje obce (ekonomického, socioekonomického, sociokulturního). V rámci praktické části práce dochází k analýze zmíněných faktorů, konkrétně v obci Nelahozeves. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je mj. i zhodnocení významu a přínosů místních kulturních atraktivit (zejména pak renesančního zámku a rodného domu A. Dvořáka) z pohledu udržitelného rozvoje obce.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis seeks to identify and extrapolate the relevant factors in the sustainable development of the municipality of Nelahozeves. The aim is to capture the resources required to better cater to the needs of citizens of the municipality, in order to provide a better outlook on housing and infrastructure and to allow the city to have an optimistic future. The theoretical part introduces the concept of sustainable development of the territory, in which defining both the basic and other potential factors of the development of the municipality (economic, socio-economic, socio-cultural). The practical part of the thesis analyses these factors specifically in the village Nelahozeves. An integral part of the practical part is the evaluation of the importance and benefits of local cultural attractions (especially the Renaissance chateau and the native house of A. Dvořák) from the perspective of sustainable development of the village.
