Práce se zabývá budoucím využitím Arnoldovy vily, která se nachází v městské čtvrti Brno - Černá Pole. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývá památkovou péčí a kulturním dědictvím ve městě Brně. Dále se zaměřuje na městskou čtvrť Černá Pole a přímo na samotný dům a také na jeho majitele Josefa Arnolda. The dissertation is concerned with the future utilisation of the Arnold villa, which is located in the municipal region Brno - Černá Pole. The dissertation is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned with policies and practices concerning restoration, maintenance and protection of the historic sites and cultural heritage in the city of Brno.
