The aim of our work is to analyze the most common tactics of dealing with bank clients in unnamed commercial bank. In banking the dealing can be considered as a process of discussion that should accomplish an agreement or solution that will lead to the contract between the bank and its clients, so we should give it a high priority. Cieľom našej práce je analýza najčastejších taktík jednania s bankovým klientom v nemenovanej komerčnej banke. V bankovníctve možno jednanie považovať za proces diskusie, ktorej cieľom je dosiahnuť dohodu alebo riešenie, ktoré povedie k zmluve medzi bankou a jej klientom, preto by sme naň mali klásť veľký dôraz.
