Tématem bakalářské práce jsou „Zvláštní způsoby dokazování“, kterým se věnuji jak z hlediska kriminalistického, tak z hlediska trestněprávního. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený pohled na toto téma, popsat vzájemný vztah mezi kriminalistikou a trestním právem procesním, a vysvětlit roli dokazování v trestním právu obecně, včetně zasazení do historického kontextu. The topic of this Bachelor theses are „Special Methods of Evidence“ which I define from both the criminalistic and the procedural criminal law point of view. The aim of the theses is to give the reader an overall view of the issue, to describe the relationship between criminalistics and procedural criminal law, and to describe the role of evidence in criminal law in general.
