Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku volby právní formy podnikání s ohledem na daňové zatížení v České republice. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat a následně srovnat zdanění příjmů z podnikání u fyzické osoby a zdanění příjmů právnické osoby.
