Problematic of activations technics from clients view with immobility issue

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma Problematika aktivizačních technik z pohledu imobilních klientů je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá informacemi o kvalitě života ve stáří, kde jsou jednotlivé podkapitoly věnovány stáří a stárnutí, sociální péči, rehabilitaci a terapii. Součástí teoretické části jsou také kapitoly o nemocích a zdravotních omezeních seniorů, kde je popsán především imobilizační syndrom. Dále je součástí teorie popis služeb vybraných domovů pro seniory a aktivizační techniky, které se v těchto zařízeních poskytují klientům. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, kdy bylo použito dotazníkové šetření ke zjištění imobility klientů vybraných domovů a jejich účasti při aktivizačních technikách. Další a důležitou součástí praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníku Světové zdravotnické organizace WHOQOL-BREF, jehož výsledky měly potvrdit či vyvrátit cíl této práce, zda mají aktivizační techniky vliv na kvalitu života imobilních klientů v domovech pro seniory.

Abstract:

This thesis on the topic of Activation techniques from the point of view of mobile clients is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with information on the quality of life in old age, where the individual subchapters are devoted to old age and ageing, social care and rehabilitation and therapy. The theoretical part also includes chapters on diseases and health restrictions of the elderly, where immobilization syndrome is described mainly. Furthermore, the theory is a description of the services of selected homes for the elderly and activation techniques that are provided to clients in these facilities. The practical part of this work focuses on a questionnaire survey, where a questionnaire survey was used to identify the imobility of clients of selected homes and their participation in activation techniques. Another and important part of the practical part of the evaluation of the World Health Organisation Questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF, the results of which were to confirm or refute the objective of this work, whether activation techniques affect the quality of life of immobile clients in homes for seniors.
