Diplomová práce pojednává o modelování vytrvalostního tréninku pro děti staršího školního věku. Zahrnuje teoretické kapitoly o faktorech ovlivňujících sportovní výkon a obsahuje model jednoletého tréninkového plánu.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with modelling of endurance training for children of secondary school age. It includes theoretical chapters about factors that influence performance and contain model of annual training plan.
