Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací nákladů na distribuci výrobků společnosti Cutisin, s.r.o. V úvodu je představena společnost spolu s logistickým útvarem. Thesis deals with the optimization of the cost of the products distribution company Cutisin, Ltd. In the introduction, is presented together with the logistics department.
