Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat, posoudit a zhodnotit právní úpravu smlouvy o zprostředkování v českém obchodním zákoníku. Část práce jsem věnovala otázce, zda je daná oblast práva nějakým způsobem ovlivněna předpisy Evropské unie, resp. Evropského společenství. The aim of this thesis was a description, review and evaluation of brokerage contract in Czech Commercial Code. One part of the thesis investigates the problem if the concrete area of the law is influenced by the European Union regulations or the European Community.
