Proposal in the context of streamlining the supply process of catering facilities of the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy a sběr dat týkajících se obslužnosti stravovacích zařízení Policie České republiky a následný návrh racionalizačních řešení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a definice z oblasti logistiky a logistických prvků. Aplikační část nejprve charakterizuje logistický systém vybrané společnosti Krajského ředitelství policie České republiky Středočeského kraje – Odbor správy majetku – Proviantní oddělení, kde je pomocí předem zvolených postupů a metod provedena analýza současného stavu, která je následně zhodnocena z ekonomické a časové stránky. Jednotlivé koncepty v oblasti problematiky zásobování koncových středisek organizace jsou zpracovány použitím zvolených optimalizačních metod. Metoda Lokačně – alokační nalezla nejvhodnější souřadnice nové centrální jednotky a metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení vyhodnotily vybrané varianty. Pomocí Hladového algoritmu jsou následně stanoveny nové trasy v kontextu zásobování. Tento stav je následně optimalizován pomocí Vogelovy aproximační metody.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is to implement analyses and collect the data using the catering facilities of the Police of the Czech Republic and the subsequent design of rationalization solutions. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions in the field of logistics and logistics elements. The application part of the process describes the logistics system of the selected company of the Regional Police Directorate of the Czech Republic – Central Department – Asset Management – Provisional Department, where an analysis of the current situation is performed using determined procedures and methods. Individual concepts in the area of supply issues of the organization's final–part centers process the use of selected optimization methods. Location–allocation method found the most suitable interaction of a new central unit and specific methods of multi–criteria evaluation assessed selected variants. By applying Greedy algorithm, new delivery routes in the context of supply were defined. This state is then optimized using the Vogel approximation method.
