Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zneužívání sociálních dávek a obsahuje dvě části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na systém sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a na sociální dávky. Pro orientaci je provedena charakteristika celého systému sociálního zabezpečení a vymezení základních pojmů. Druhou klíčovou oblastí je zneužívání sociálních dávek a řešení této problematiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the isme of abuse of social benefits and contains two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the social security system in the Czech Republic and on social benefits.
