New approaches to environmental protection in the hotel industry
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá inovativním přístupem k ochraně životního prostředí a použitím nástrojů green managementu na Horském Hotelu PRIMAVESI v Koutech nad Desnou. Teoretická část specifikuje produkt hotelnictví, jeho vliv na ekologii a použité metody výzkumu. Praktická část uvádí konkrétní ekologické návrhy a aplikaci green managementu do řízení hotelu, včetně nákladové stránky.

The bachelor's thesis deals with an innovative approach to environmental protection and the use of green management tools at the Mountain Hotel PRIMAVESI in Kouty nad Desnou. The theoretical part specifies the hotel industry, its impact on ecology and used research methods.
