Tato diplomová práce podrobně popisuje proces plánování nákladů a vznik ročního plánu ve výrobní společnosti BILSTEIN CEE, která se zabývá válcováním pásové oceli za studena. Popisuje nástroje sledování a řízením nákladů v průběhu roku a navrhuje vhodná nápravná opatření v oblastech, kde jsou zjištěny odchylky. This master´s thesis in detail describes the process of planning costs and formation of the annual plan, the production company BILSTEIN CCE, which is concerned with colled – rolled – strip – steel. Describes tools for monitoring and controlling costs during the year and proposes appropriate corrective measures in areas where are the divergences.
