Táto práca sa zaoberá modernou metódou nákladovej kalkulácie, takzvanou kalkuláciou podľa aktivít a jej aplikáciou v konkrétnom podniku, LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s. Súčasťou práce je rozsiahla rešerš z oblasti nákladovej kalkulácie a jednotlivých metód. Špeciálna pozornosť je venovaná práve metóde kalkulácie podľa aktivít a postupu jej implementácie.
