Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo testovat DHFR destabilizační doménu (DDD) in vitro. Jako modelový organismus byl použit transgenní kmen Leishmania mexicana, do jehož genomu byla vložena destabilizační doména. K indukci této domény byly použity dva druhy ligandů ? trimethoprim a trimethoprim-laktát. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to test the DHFR destabilization domain (DDD) in vitro. A transgenic strain of Leishmania mexicana with DDD was used as a model organism. The DDD induction was carried out using two kinds of ligands ? trimethoprim and trimethoprim-lactate.
