Cílem práce je srovnání unijní legislativní úpravy týkající se liberalizace trhu železniční dopravy a její provedení v českém právním řádu a současně vyhodnotit její reálné fungování. Nejdříve se v práci zaměřuji na směrnici 91/440/EHS s cílem zhodnotit její úpravu a popsat její smysl a cíl. The purpose of this thesis is a comparison of EU legislative regulation regarding liberalization of the rail transport market and its implementation into the Czech legal system and simultaneously to evaluate its real-life functioning.
