Abstract:

Abstrakt Téma bakalářské práce zní Motivace zaměstnanců ve státním sektoru se zaměřením na nefinanční nástroje motivace. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit účinek používaných nefinančních nástrojů motivace zaměstnanců ve státním sektoru a navrhnout vhodnou strukturu nefinančních nástrojů, které mohou pozitivně ovlivnit angažovanost a výkonnost státních zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části v odborné rešerši byla zmapovaná spousta motivačních stylů, postupů a vymezily se základní pojmy dané problematiky s důrazem na nefinanční motivaci a její vliv na pracovní výkon. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu, která se již problematikou motivace zabývala. V praktické části, k naplnění cíle byl vytvořen dotazník tak, aby byl jednoduchý a přehledný a zároveň, aby analýza získaných dat umožňovala zodpovědět stanovené výzkumné otázky. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zpracovány v grafické podobě a diskutovány s výzkumy, které dříve provedli odborníci uvedeni v literární rešerši. Na základě výsledků je zpracován přínos práce, který objasnil, které motivace jsou pro státní zaměstnance tím důležitým pohonem pro jejích výkon práce. Díky analýzám výsledků, byla vytvořena hypotetická doporučení pro nadřízené pracovníky, jak správně provádět motivace. V závěru práce je poukázáno, jak jsou lidské zdroje důležitým faktorem pro každou státní organizaci a je potřeba si tyto zdroje udržovat, vytvářením příjemného pracovního prostředí, rovnováhou mezi pracovním a soukromým životem, a především silnou vnitřní motivací pro budoucí zaměstnance.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Motivation of employees in the state sector with a focus on non-financial motivation tools. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of non-financial tools used to motivate employees in the state sector and to shed light on the appropriate structure of non-financial tools that can positively influence the commitment and performance of state employees. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, in a scholarly research, a lot of motivational styles, practices have been mapped and the basic concepts of the subject have been defined with emphasis on non-financial motivation and its impact on job performance. The theoretical part is based on the literature that has already dealt with the issue of motivation. In the practical part, in order to fulfil the objective, a questionnaire was designed to be simple and clear and at the same time, the analysis of the obtained data allowed to answer the set research questions. The results of the questionnaire survey are presented in graphical form and discussed with the research previously conducted by the experts mentioned in the literature review. Based on the results, the contribution of the thesis is elaborated to clarify which motivations are the most important drivers for civil servants to perform their work. Through analyses of the results, hypothetical recommendations for supervisors on how to properly implement motivations were developed. The thesis concludes by pointing out how human resources are an important factor for any government organization and need to be maintained by creating a pleasant work environment, work-life balance and most importantly strong intrinsic motivation for future employees.
