Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá psychosociální profesionální zátěží u zdravotních sester. V úvodní části práce je popsána fyzická, psychická a sociální zátěž ve zdravotnictví, obecná charakteristika stresu, náročné životní situace a způsoby vyrovnání se s nimi. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with psycho-social stress at nurses. In the introduction is described physical, psychical and social stress in health service, general parameters of the stress, hard life situations and their treatment.
