Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientky podstupující hemodialyzační ošetření. Cílem práce bylo sestavení návrhu edukačního procesu a jeho realizace s pacientkou, která byla zařazena do hemodialyzační léčby. V rámci edukačního procesu byla vytvořena edukační brožura, která obsahuje základní informace o ledvinném onemocnění, jeho léčbě a dalších tématech s tímto spojených. The bachelor thesis deals with education of a patient undergoing hemodialysis treatment. The aim of the work was to compile a proposal of an educational process and its implementation with a patient who was included in hemodialysis treatment.
