Application of carsharing at the sports car dealership

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je namodelování sharingového modelu na vybraný podnik, jímž je společnost AR CARS s.r.o. Vyhodnocení úspěšnosti tohoto podnikatelského modelu je vypracováno za pomoci finanční analýzy a finančních ukazatelů. V teoretické části této práce je popsán termín carsharing a sdílená ekonomika. Dále jsou pojmenovány ukazatele finanční analýzy, které byly použity v dalších částech práce. V rámci praktické části je namodelován podnikatelský model zaměřený na sdílení sportovních vozů a vypracování finanční analýzy vybraného podniku s výhledem na tři budoucí roky. Závěr a vyhodnocení práce potvrzuje dobrou současnou i budoucí situaci, ve které se vybraný podnik nachází a doporučuje aplikování výše definovaného podnikatelského modelu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to model a busines plan focused on sharing for a selected company, namely the company AR CARS s.r.o. The evaluation of the suitibality of this business model is elaborated by using of the financial analysis and financial indicators. In the theoretical part of this thesis there is description of terms carsharing and shared economy. Upcoming part of the thesis is focused on the description of the indicators of financial analysis, which were used in practical part of this thesis. In the practical part there is defined business model focused on sharing of a sports cars and elaboration of financial analysis of selected company with a prognosis of upcoming three years. Conclusion and evaluation of the thesis confirms company´s good current and future situation and recommends the application of the above defined business model.
