Diplomová práce „Skupinová registrace k dani z přidané hodnoty“ se zaměřuje na problematiku registrace a skupinové registrace k dani z přidané hodnoty. Vedle deskripce daně z přidané hodnoty jako takové, identifikuje skupinu jako daňový subjekt spolu se zakotvením v unijní i vnitrostátní právní úpravě. The diploma thesis „Group Registration to the Value Added Tax” is focused on the issue of registration and group registration for Value Added Tax. Apart from the description of Value Added Tax in general, it identifies the group as a tax entity with enshrined in the EU and national legislation.
