Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje hospodaření územních samosprávných celků. Teoretická část vymezuje příjmovou a výdajovou stránku municipálního rozpočtu, osvětluje rozpočtový proces a seznamuje s problematikou zadlužení obcí a její regulací. The thesis presented here deals with the management of municipalities.The theoretical part defines and specifies the revenues and expenditures of the municipal budget, clarifies the budget process, informs about the problems regarding the indebtidness of the municipalities and its regulations.
