Formation, operation, and management of a non-profit-making organization - raising an endowment fund
Abstract:
Úkolem mého projektu je analyzovat problematiku neziskových organizací, jejichž základním impulsem pro založení je snaha řešit aktuální problémy a to bez ohledu na ziskovou činnost. Po důkladné analýze právních, účetních a daňových předpisů vypracuji legislativní postup pro zřízení nadačního fondu jehož hlavním cílem bude získávat finanční prostředky pro rekonstrukci kostela.
Abstract:
The principal aim of my project is to analyse the sphere of non-profit associations. The main impetus for their foundation is a dealing with topical problems with no respect on profitability of their business. Having analysed properly legislation, accounting and tax rules I will elaborate a general plan for a foundation of a endowment fund.
