Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Etika na pracovišti“ se zabývá problematikou šikany na školách a na pracovišti. Hlavním tématem je pojem násilí a šikana, charakteristika agresorů a jejich typy. Cílem je, jakým způsobem se proti šikaně bránit a jak řešit konflikty.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis „Ethics in the Workplace“ deals with the issue of bullying in schools and the workplace. The main theme is the notion of violence and bullying, characteristics of aggressors and their types. The aim is how to prevent bullying and how to resolve conflicts.
