Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza trestního práva v členských zemích EU, rekodifikace trestního zákona v ČR (včetně procesu europeizace trestního práva) ve vztahu k volnému pohybu osob, zboží a kapitálu v Schengenském prostoru.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of criminal law in EU member states, re-codification of criminal law in the Republic (including the process of Europeanisation of criminal law) in relation to the free movement of persons, goods and capital within the Schengen area.
