Abstract:
Mnohé sekundární metabolity rostlin vykazují ochranu před oxidativním stresem. Tyto látky jsou vyhledávané a zájem o jejich produkci in vitro stoupá. V uplynulých letech proběhlo mnoho experimentálních studií za účelem zvýšení produkce sekundárních metabolitů. Many plant secondary metabolites posses the ability to protect cells against oxidative stress. These compounds are valuable, hence the interest in in vitro production is increasing.
