Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na systém zdanění nemovitého majetku v České republice, zejména pak na způsob, který se v České republice nepoužívá, ale jeho využití se již v odborných kruzích diskutuje. My bachelor thesis is focused on the system of taxation of immovable property in Czech Republic. Particularly a method that is not used in Czech Republic but the use is already being discussed among experts. The system is ad valorem.
