Abstract:

Tématem předkládané magisterské diplomové práce je mezigenerační učení a mezigenerační programy v muzeu. Práce se tematicky dotýká výskytu mezigeneračního fenoménu v muzejních institucích a klade si za cíl zjistit, jak se muzejní pedagogové dívají na mezigenerační učení a jak se podílejí na realizaci mezigeneračních programů v muzeu. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, se kterými se čtenář dále setkává v části empirické. Konkrétně se jedná o téma mezigeneračního učení a mezigeneračních programů, muzeí a muzejní edukace a vymezení profese muzejního pedagoga. Výzkumná část pomocí analýzy polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů s muzejními pedagogy z muzeí Jihomoravského kraje představuje pohled respondentů na mezigenerační učení a mezigenerační programy a tím i odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the intergenerational learning and intergenerational programmes in a museum. Moreover, this thesis touches the presence of an intergenerational phenomenon in museum’s institutions. Its aim is to found out how museum educators perceive the intergenerational learning and how they are involved in implementing intergenerational programmes in a museum. A theoretical part explains basic concepts with which the reader is encountered in an empirical part. Specifically, it focuses on a topic of the intergenerational learning and intergenerational programmes in museums, museum education and the definition of a museum educator. The empirical part, through the analysis of in-depth semi-structured interviews with museum educators of Jihomoravský region’s museums, presents a respondent‘s view on the intergenerational learning and intergenerational programmes and thus answers the main research question.
