Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je výzkum historického vývoje trestání obecně, se zaměřením na trest odnětí svobody a na možnosti vyhnutí se ukládání tohoto trestu využíváním alternativních trestů, dále na provedení, podmínky výkonu uložených trestů odnětí svobody a resocializace propuštěných osob.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to research the historical development of punishment in general, with a focus on punishment deprivation of liberty and the possibility of avoiding the imposition of this sentence by using alternatives punishments, further on implementation, conditions of execution of imposed prison sentences and resocialization released persons.
