Daňové úniky v oblasti priamych daní a možnosti ich eliminácie

The aim of my banchelor´s work is to examine tax evasions on income tax. In the first chapter I fixated and preseted historical aspects of taxation and gradually I moved to explanation of a terms tax, tax system and categories of taxes and its allocation under internal criterias. Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je preskúmať daňové úniky na dani z príjmu. V prvej kapitole sa zameriavame a prezentujeme historické aspekty zdaňovania a postupne prechádzame na vymedzenie pojmu daň, daňovú sústavu a rozdelenie daní podľa vnútorného členenia. Snažíme sa prezentovať prístupy k definícii pojmu daňové úniky a objasňujeme ich vznik. V druhej kapitole členíme daňové úniky medzi hranicou legálnosti …more
