Methods of recruitment at the beginning of the 21st century

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a určit nejvhodnější metody k získání zaměstnanců na manažerské, obchodní a absolventské úrovni. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou část daného tématu. Čtenář se zde seznámí s teoretickými východisky řízení lidských zdrojů až po hlavní část této práce a to jsou metody získávání zaměstnanců. Zejména se tato práce zaobírá metodami získávání zaměstnanců pomocí internetu a moderních technologií. Druhá část je zaměřena na průzkum výběru metod náboru u tří zvolených pozic. Byla zvolena dotazníková metoda. Dotazník se skládá z úvodní části, kde jsou respondenti osloveni a je jim přiblížen účel použitých informací a části druhé, kde již respondenti odpovídají na dané otázky. Dotazník se skládá z uzavřených otázek, které jsou jednotlivě zpracovány. Bakalářská práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury (uvedeny ve zdrojích), dotazníkového šetření i vlastních zkušeností autora.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and determine the best methods to get employees to management, business and graduate levels. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on the theoretical part of the topic. The reader will learn about the theoretical bases of human resource management to the main part of the work and the methods of recruitment. Especially the thesis deals with methods of recruitment using the Internet and technology. The second part is focused on exploration choice of recruitment methods at three specific positions. The questionnaire method was chosen. The questionnaire consists of the introduction, where respondents are contacted and they zoomed purpose of information used and the second part, where respondents have already responded to the questions. The questionnaire consists of closed questions that are individually processed. Bachelor thesis is elaborated on the basis of literature (listed in Resources), a questionnaire survey and our own experience of the author.
