Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje procesu oceňování pro zajištění hypotečních úvěrů formou stanovení zástavní hodnoty oceňovaných nemovitostí. Banky vyžadují jednotně výstup ve formě ceny obvyklé, která se stanovuje z metody nákladové, výnosové a porovnávací, ovšem metodiky jednotlivých bank jsou rozdílné. This work deals with the valuation process for securing mortgage loans by determining the mortgage value of valued real estate. Banks require output in the form of the usual price, which is determined from the cost, income and comparison methods, but the methodologies of individual banks are different.
