Detection of measles in the University Hospital Brno in connection with the epidemic in the Usti nad Labem Region in 2014
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala onemocnění spalničkami. V teoretické části jsem popsala virus spalniček včetně jeho přenosu, klinického průběhu onemocnění a možných komplikací. Důležitou částí potom byla kapitola o prevenci, zvláště o očkování proti spalničkám a kapitola o eradikaci spalniček. Zmiňuji se i o imunitní odpovědi a diagnostice onemocnění. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focused on measles infection. In the theoretical part I described the measles virus, including its transmission, clinical course of the disease and possible complications. Important part was the chapter about prevention, especially about measles vaccination and eradication. I also mention immune response and disease diagnostics.
