Factors influencing the choice of becoming a teacher and self-efficacy among beginning teachers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje faktorům, které vedly začínající učitele k volbě právě této profese a dále učitelské self-efficacy cílové skupiny – začínajících učitelů. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno dotazníkovou metodou za využití škál FIT-Choice scale a Škála učitelské self-efficacy. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 142 učitelů s nejvýše pětiletou pedagogickou praxí. This bachelor thesis focuses on factors that led beginning teachers to choose this particular career and on the teacher self-efficacy among beginning teachers.
