Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti pracovníků na dvou pobočkách fast-foodových restaurací KFC. Předmětem zkoumání je celková spokojenost zaměstnanců restauračního provozu. The subject of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of workers in two branches of KFC restaurants. The subject of study is the overall employee satisfaction in restaurant operation.
